**We're Hiring | Mid/Senior C++ Embedded Software Developer**
Defence Industry | Hadera, Israel | Full-time, On-site

We're looking for a talented C++ Embedded developer to join a leading defence company based in Hadera.

The role is fully on-site in Hadera. Candidates should be comfortable travelling to offices further North 1–2 times per week — transportation is provided from Hadera.

**Salary:** 23,000 – 25,000 ILS (depending on experience/level)

**Security Clearance:** Mandatory — candidates must be eligible to undergo the clearance process.

**Requirements**

- 3–4 years of experience in C++ within a Real-Time Embedded environment
- Proficiency in Modern C++ (C++11 / C++14 / C++17)
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field — Practical Engineers and hands-on profiles without a degree are also welcome

**Significant Advantages**

- Experience with Linux / VxWorks
- Knowledge of communication protocols: Serial, UDP, TCP
- Cross-platform integration experience

**Key Competencies**

- OOP & multi-threading expertise
- Distributed systems architecture
- Multidisciplinary systems familiarity
- Azure DevOps / ALM tools
- Agile methodologies
